We do not entertain any returns or exchanges later than 30 days from the date of purchase. In the event you notice any damage/defect in your product, we encourage you to immediately email us at shop@kapaas.in along with an attached image highlighting the damage/defect in question.
The damaged/defective product refunds will be initiated upon Kapaas Kolkata Clothing LLP receiving the product/s in concern. The payment for the same will be refunded into the same account from which the purchase was made within 7 working days of product receipt. In such an event, Kapaas Kolkata Clothing LLP would be entitled to retain 2.36% of the product cost.
Please read item descriptions carefully, the sizes of products, the handling and care section, the wash/cleaning instructions before carrying out our purchase. Please also know screens and monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees and costs which are non-refundable. Please also note that hand washing a product which is supposed to be dry cleaned may lead to running of color. In this event, we shall not be responsible for refund/exchange.
